* Paleo Diet – Chocolate Banana Boats *

Say you have some guests dropping by unannounced and want to surprise them by serving them something nice, healthy and creative, but you don’t have a lot of time to make it.

This is one of the fastest making healthy paleo dessert ever!

 

What you need is:Ingredients-Babana-Boats

  • as many bananas as you want servings to have – one per person suggested, or more for some 😉
  • a bit of dark chocolate
  • a bit of shred coconut

 

Preheat the oven to 250°c.

Turn each banana like boat, lay them down with edges facing up.

Cut in through the middle of the upper part, but do not go all the way to the edges, you want to keep the skin in place.

Now stuff it with chopped dark chocolate pieces along the opening and sprinkle with a bit of shred coconut.

Put them in the baking pan while making sure they lean to one another so they won’t turn over while baking.

Bake until bananas turn black and the chocolate melts.

Make sure to take sneak peek in frequently – it can take only 10-15 min sometimes 😉

Serve hot or let it cool down, it’s a YUM both ways!

* Paleo Muffins *

a perfect breakfast for bacon and eggs lovers, just a bit different 🙂_MG_9874 For this recipe you will need: Ingredients Paleo Muffins

  • Muffin pan
  • Several slices of bacon (depending on the amount of muffins you want to make, it takes approximately 4 per muffin)
  • Eggs (1 per muffin)
  • Some parsley for garnishing
  • Pepper, oregano or any other of your favorite spices by taste

 

Preheat the oven to 250°c Put the slices of bacon in each of the muffin cups by forming a circle and leaving space in the middle and covering the bottom with smaller pieces. Crack the egg in each cup and add spices of choice. Mix the egg in or leave it whole – or do half and half so you can decide which you like better 😉 Bake for 15-20 min.
