- Muffin pan
- Several slices of bacon (depending on the amount of muffins you want to make, it takes approximately 4 per muffin)
- Eggs (1 per muffin)
- Some parsley for garnishing
- Pepper, oregano or any other of your favorite spices by taste
Preheat the oven to 250°c Put the slices of bacon in each of the muffin cups by forming a circle and leaving space in the middle and covering the bottom with smaller pieces. Crack the egg in each cup and add spices of choice. Mix the egg in or leave it whole – or do half and half so you can decide which you like better 😉 Bake for 15-20 min.
